Our design approach was to create a self-contained demise. Two accommodation stairs encourage connectivity between the floors and allow free movement while avoiding crossing paths with other tenants. 

A variety of bookable cellular spaces delineate small, team’s neighbourhoods and support the executives’ requirement for privacy and focus work. A large central hub with an array of work settings encourages informal collaboration.
